Cube Analytics

Cube is a versatile and scalable FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) solution that enhances business performance. Cube Analytics is a fully customizable tool that empowers users to share insights across their organization, driving decisions at all levels of business.

As lead designer on this project, I worked closely with my team of engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders to align on requirements, delivery milestones, and technical approach. I also conducted extensive user, competitive, and technical research at various stages of the project to uncover user needs and validate approach.

This project spanned two years, initially delivering value to a select group of users in a closed beta. We leveraged our insights to transition to an open beta, and ultimately progressed to a GA release, offering the capability to create, share, and publish multiple Dashboards tailored to specific audiences.
