The Future of Pharmacy is Care. Founded on that premise, BeWell provides pharmacies with an interoperable platform that empowers pharmacists to engage their patients, improve operations, and deliver on the promise of care.

As the Head of Design and founding designer of BeWell, I have been involved from its inception, collaborating closely with the founders in all aspects of the project. I worked with the founders to establish the initial brand, define and design all the functionality for the pharmacist console and the patient mobile app, and develop all of their marketing collateral.

I continue to work with the founders and their pharmacy partners to understand the customer further and refine the BeWell experience and product offerings.

BeWell Branding

I worked closely with the founders to align on the branding prior to getting started on the application itself. Pharmacy Console

The pharmacy console enables the pharmacy to communicate with the patient and surgery, create and book services for the patient, and manage the filling & delivery of prescriptions. The BeWell pharmacy console is currently being used by 200+ pharmacies in the UK. Below is a sample of a few key screens from the Pharmacy Services experience. BeWell Patient Experience

As a patient of a pharmacy using BeWell, you can communicate with your pharmacist, set up medication schedules and refill reminders, order medications, and book services.
